I’ve had a few new ideas for things to do as I sorted through my (not inconsiderable) fabric stash earlier this week. Most importantly I think it’s time for some new cushions around the house as they’re all looking a bit tired and…well I’m bored of them and I heard somewhere that a change is as good as a holiday? I’ve always made about 90% of my cushions but I want to do something a little different, particularly on our bed to compliment the new quilt (SO nearly there!) so I’m thinking of doing patchwork style cushions – not hexagon I might add! And then last but not least I want new cushions on our mammoth sofa, these aren’t homemade currently but I’m thinking they need a refresh and it’s much cheaper to make your own! All out of ideas on them at the moment but I love these kind of things:

There's too many good ones to choose from! Love the shirt cushions – it's like the Modfather had a kitch accident!
These are all beautiful. I'm feeling inspired, too. I especially like the ones from stylehive.
