Recipe – Salsify fritters for breakfast

So I also got some salsify in my box last week, not something I had a clue what to do with! So I had another Google and came up with this recipe for salsify fritters, well worth a try! The only way I can describe the flavour would be really intense parsnip with a potatoey taste too. Best served with some salty bacon and a lovely soft poached egg.
